Wellsboro, PA - Circle W Sports is excited to announce a new partnership with PIAA District 4 to revamp the district's online presence.

Circle W Sports, LLC is an online service that provides a platform for high school teams and sports organizations to promote coaches, programs, and student athletes. Circle W Sports will begin posting daily updates on all of District 4's sporting events, track standings and player statistics, and provide coverage of championship events starting Fall of 2017. Circle W Sports will provide live scoring for championship events in the coming year.

The District 4 Committee subscribes to that philosophy and is dedicated to ensuring that all students are able to enjoy the many benefits of participating in athletic programs on a fair and equitable basis. The goal is to provide uniform standards through the policies and regulations adopted by PIAA and District 4.

"We look forward to the new website that will not only provide our schools, participants and fans with up to date information but will also promote all the great thing happening in District 4 sports," president James Zack said.

Circle W Sports found its beginnings in 2006 when owner Ed Weaver launched WellsboroFootball.com, the flagship website promoting the Wellsboro Hornet Football team. The organization provides the latest up-to-date scores, statistics, and coverage in this region. Since 2006, WellsboroFootball.com has recorded over a half million page views and has spawned other websites including WellsboroAthletics.com, WellsboroBaseball.com, WellsboroBasketball.com, WellsboroXC.com, WellsboroGolf.com, WellsboroSoccer.com, WellsboroSoftball.com, and WellsboroSwimming.com. Each website provides player information, rosters, schedules, statistics, and history about each Wellsboro team.

Circle W Sports also runs and manages websites for the Tioga County Sports Hall of Fame and the PIAA District 4 Football Coaches Association, and provides statistical data to Home Page Sports, Fox Sports Williamsport, and the Valley Sports Report.

"For far too long it has been a struggle to locate information about all teams in District 4," said Circle W Sports owner Ed Weaver. "That will soon change. Circle W Sports is committed to helping the district promote its' teams, coaches, and athletes through our platform and suite of tools. Using specifically designed software and our expertise, Circle W Sports will create a website with easy-to-find information about each of the district's teams, coaches, and athletes as well as provide the latest news and playoff and championship information to the public."
